Requirements

• Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of salary bands, grading systems, and labor law
• Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength
• Independent work style and advanced project management skills
• Analytical competence and affinity for HR systems (Personio is an advantage)
