Associate, Private Equity Compliance

Vista Equity Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst or Associate to support their Private Equity Compliance program. The ideal candidate will have a high level of personal accountability, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Conduct ongoing internal testing to assess the effectiveness of Vista's policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external compliance consultants on periodic reviews
• Support the Compliance Team in preparing and filing required regulatory filings
• Partner with Vista's investor relations and marketing teams to review and approve marketing materials
• Assist with SEC examinations and regulatory inquiries
• Conduct independent research and analysis on compliance and regulatory developments
