Resident Assistant- Memory Care- PT evenings

Vista Prairie Communities at Keelson Harbour is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant in Memory Care for evening shift (2pm-10pm). The Resident Assistant will provide administrative and personal care functions to residents, including reporting accidents and incidents, assisting with daily care, and transporting residents to appointments.

Requirements

• High School education or GED
• Training in health related disciplines and/or experience preferred
• Working knowledge of state, federal and local regulations
• Must receive a 'not disqualified' criminal background result from Department of Human Services and may not be on the OIG exclusions list
• Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age
