Market Development Specialist

The Market Development Specialist is responsible for growing Visual Comfort's business by calling on Interior Designers in non-showroom markets. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and prospects, and educating them on Visual Comfort's products and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of virtual presentation sales or outside sales
• Experience in interior design, building products, or home furnishings
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with experience in public speaking
• Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Keen eye for design and creativity
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through collaboration
• High energy, independent, proactive, and self-motivated
