Manufacturing Mechanic II

Vitality Works is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to be responsible for the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) which includes rebuilding, repairing and maintenance of processing, packaging and auxiliary equipment used primarily in the food processing industry.

Requirements

• Technical certificate demonstrating competency in education required or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in equipment maintenance field.
• Experience in food processing/manufacturing environment a plus.
• Requires electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate with Management and Production staff is crucial.
• Operation and knowledge of Ohms meter.
• Demonstrated proficiency with hand and power tools: Wrenches, drills, press’, welders TIG/MIG a plus.
