Vitality Works is seeking a QA Administrative Technician to support the delivery of high-quality products to customers while maintaining regulatory certificates and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role involves maintenance of regulatory certificates, document requests processing, equipment and cleaning logs, and review of documentation to ensure completion and compliance to procedures.
Requirements
- Associates degree in business or science-related field.
- 1 year of experience in a quality or laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of basic office computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions with minimal oversight.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Team oriented and dependable.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all things, including data entry and communications.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a manner appropriate for a wide variety of audiences.
