Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a passionate Admissions RN to provide compassionate support to patients and families during the transition to hospice care. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, educating patients and families, and coordinating the admission process. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
• Confident in guiding others through uncertainty
• Reliable and autonomous professional
