Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a compassionate Admissions RN to guide patients and families through the hospice transition. This role focuses on providing clinical assessments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and comfort during life's most vulnerable moments. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener with building trust and rapport
• Reliable professional with strong follow-through and autonomy
• Patient-centered advocate committed to dignity and comfort
