The Team Manager is the leader of the Patient Care Team, ensuring continuity and quality of care for patients and families. This role involves directing patient care services, coordinating with physicians, supervising staff, ensuring equitable workloads, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Requirements
- Reliable transportation with appropriate license and insurance
- Knowledge of primary medical and nursing care, with at least a working knowledge of oncologic nursing and palliative care
- Basic understanding of the interpersonal dynamics operative within the working relationships of an interdisciplinary health care team
- Two years successful supervisory experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current and valid R.N. License
