Process calls systematically and organized manner following scripts and policies, and communicate with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience in medical terminology and/or call center environment
- Ability to communicate tactfully with department heads, managers, coworkers, and vendors
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Prior experience in working collaboratively with other functional leaders
- Superior ability to effectively communicate at all levels of customer interaction
