Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The LPN/LVN provides direct skilled bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients in a VITAS program setting. Responsibilities include administering treatments and medications, maintaining a safe environment, and providing supportive and technical nursing care. The role requires close collaboration with a registered nurse and team manager.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state
• Minimum of one year of satisfactory nursing experience, at least one year as an LPN/LVN in a hospital setting
• Eligible for Veteran's Benefit (as applicable)
