Job Description
VITAS healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer nursing care to terminally ill patients in designated programs. This role involves direct bedside nursing, evaluating patient needs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. The LPN/LVN assists the Registered Nurse in implementing an interdisciplinary plan of care and reports significant findings to relevant healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain transportation
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
- At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience
