Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The LPN/LVN will administer nursing care according to the plan of care to terminally ill patients, under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on direct bedside nursing, patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The position is for residents of VITAS program.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation
• Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience
