Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for hospice patients and families facing terminal illness. This role involves case management, supervision, providing comprehensive assessments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring appropriate nursing interventions within the established VITAS policies. The RN also participates in quality improvement initiatives, professional development, and customer service.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
• Reliable transportation with adequate insurance coverage
• Telephone available
• Min. two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health
