Commercial Strategy & GTM Manager

We're looking for a GTM Manager to help us bring new products to market, sharpen our commercial strategy, and enable our sales teams to win. This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Business Development
• Understanding of the Payments and Fintech sector
• Experience in commercial product rollout and market expansion initiatives
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability
• Ability to operate independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Portuguese
