Job Description
Vivent Health is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive and compassionate case management services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and previous experience in case management is preferred. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and others to address clients’ medical, social, and emotional needs, and providing timely and effective crisis intervention services. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in case management preferred
