Requirements
- 4-7 years of client-side or consultancy experience in eCommerce
- Excellent working knowledge of digital ecosystems, with substantial expertise and hands-on experience of Sales, Service and Experience clouds within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Digital expertise in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Automotive
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in client discovery and information gathering
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presenter
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and selling/trading across multiple channels
- Naturally curious and driven
- Organised with good time management and prioritization skills
