Clinical Coordinator – Mobile Medication Unit (MMU)

The Clinical Coordinator for the Mobile Medication Unit (MMU) oversees all clinical and programmatic operations. This role is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of services, quality improvement, and compliance with Community Services standards. The Coordinator supervises case managers and peer staff, data collection, reporting, and maintains relationships with partners to expand service access.

Requirements

• Coordinate clinical and operational functions of the Mobile Medication Unit.
• Supervise Case Manager and Peer staff, providing supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
• Lead coordination with internal and external partners.
• Oversee intake, treatment planning, documentation, and data management.
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and prepare reports.
• Assist with program expansion efforts.
• Provide direct clinical, case management, and crisis intervention coverage.
