Job Description
VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking a Junior 2nd Line Core Enabler Operations professional to manage second-line operations for Mobile Data and Voice Platforms in a multi-vendor environment.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting and repair actions during incidents
- Proactive maintenance activities such as daily walkthroughs and health checks
- Resolution of network-related customer complaints within SLA
- Perform complex traffic and end-to-end service trend analysis
- Share knowledge to enhance technical skills across teams
- Assist with planned work activities, upgrades, and service request implementations
