Operations Technician 1st Line

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the maintenance of technologies across the core, transport, and access domains of Vodafone’s radio and fixed telecom networks.

Requirements

• Perform telecom network maintenance activities requiring analytical thinking and strong technical understanding.
• Identify, assess, and escalate both software and hardware issues.
• Document network incidents clearly and accurately in dedicated systems.
• Ensure consistent, professional communication with suppliers and internal Vodafone teams.
• Support operational tasks and project delivery based on defined performance and timeline indicators.
