Operations Technician 1st Line

VOIS is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the operational management of Vodafone's core, transport and access technologies across fixed and mobile networks.

Requirements

• Perform network maintenance activities requiring analytical skills and relevant technological understanding.
• Identify and escalate software and hardware issues as needed.
• Document network incidents clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and collaborate effectively with internal Vodafone teams
