We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support the live information systems used by telecommunications operators. In this role, the individual will work across RAN, Core, Transport, Transmission, and Access technologies to help ensure network stability, service continuity, and compliance with operational standards.
Requirements
- Provide first-line technical services for live information systems used by Vodafone OpCos and joint ventures.
- Perform analytical activities and apply relevant technology knowledge to maintain network performance.
- Identify, document, and escalate software or hardware deficiencies within defined systems.
- Record network incidents clearly and accurately in dedicated tools.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal VOIS teams.
- Support the maintenance of network solutions following established procedures and operator requirements.
- Detect defects across telecom networks and escalate them to higher support levels when needed.
- Investigate and correlate technical issues raised by Customer Operations or Service Desk teams and direct them to advanced technical levels.
- Develop competencies in dedicated software tools relevant to telecom operations.
