VOIS is seeking a Sales Lead to drive complex and high-value commercial opportunities across Vodafone's global markets and joint ventures. The individual will manage strategic transformation bids, shape commercial proposals, and build strong customer-focused strategies that deliver value to clients while supporting profitable growth for VOIS. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment while influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
Requirements
- Provide thought leadership, innovative deal structuring and sales expertise to opportunities to support business growth and reduce risk exposure.
- Lead end-to-end customer engagement, from pre-qualification and deal shaping through to negotiation, contracting and handover into in-life stages.
- Shape large, complex commercial opportunities by analysing client financials, prioritising key terms and determining pricing that delivers customer value and strong internal business cases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create win strategies, value propositions and relationship plans, supported by competitive and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across VOIS, and with key decision-makers at existing and new client organisations.
- Support customer teams in identifying and originating new business opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline aligned to growth objectives.
- Author compelling responses to strategic RFPs and lead the planning and delivery of customer presentations and pitches.
- Manage allocated sales pipeline and CRM records with accuracy and discipline.
- Contribute to the enhancement of VOIS sales processes, ways of working and governance models to support scalable business growth.
