VOIS is seeking a Sales Support Lead to guide governance, cadence, and operational excellence across Business Pre-Sales for Vodafone Business Unit UK. The role involves ensuring smooth processes, insightful reporting, and alignment with sales strategy.
Requirements
- Ensure delivery timelines are achieved, with clear communication of progress against KPIs and NPS targets.
- Co-ordinate cross-functional Sales Operations activities and maintain alignment across Business Pre-Sales.
- Develop and implement pre-sales domain strategies and training that follow industry best practice.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the Request-to-Cash cycle.
- Provide hands-on people management, guidance, and governance to a team of 10+ professionals.
