Sales Estimator (ID # 556)

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Estimator to join their team as a fourth-level estimator. In this role, you’ll create, manage, and execute high-quality estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• Build and maintain a strong referral network
• Act as the primary contact for owners and adjusters
• Accurately scope and estimate site conditions
• Develop detailed project scopes and negotiate agreements
• Use company-standard formatting for all estimates
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate after-hours services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteous communication
• Adhere to stringent customer service standards
• Create detailed and accurate multi-level and roof sketches
• Manage personal workload independently and maintain a clean, serviceable vehicle
• Complete all required forms for accidents and injuries
• Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills
