Job Description
Sales Estimator role involves creating, managing, and executing high-quality estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, utilizing Xactimate software, and managing projects through to completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years in construction, restoration, or contents estimating
- Residential estimating experience over $50,000 and commercial experience over $100,000
- Advanced Xactimate training with certification, achieving a high score
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xactimate; professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain professional interactions with co-workers and vendors
