Sales Estimator needed to create, manage, and execute high-quality estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Utilize Xactimate software to develop competitive estimates and manage projects through to completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years in construction, restoration, or contents estimating
- Residential estimating experience over $50,000 and commercial experience over $100,000
- Advanced Xactimate training with certification, achieving a high score
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
