Sales Estimator (ID # 556)

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Estimator to create, manage, and execute high-quality estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years in construction, restoration, or contents estimating
• Residential estimating experience over $50,000 and commercial experience over $100,000
• Advanced Xactimate training with certification, achieving a high score
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xactimate; professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain professional interactions with co-workers and vendors
• Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Physically capable of bending, crouching, or standing as necessary
