Job Description
Reporting to the group homes' Residential Coordinator, the Residential Counselor provides direct services to clients, promotes independent living, and develops individual rehabilitation plans. They provide crisis services, document service delivery, and coordinate activities to address client goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in a mental health residential setting or social service field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
