Job Description
The Residential Counselor is responsible for providing direct services to clients in a residential setting, promoting independent living skills, and documenting service delivery. The role involves crisis services, follow-along services, and health teaching, as well as maintaining a safe residential environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience working in a mental health residential setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast healthcare environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
