Job Description
Residential Counselor provides direct services to promote independent living, assesses rehabilitation needs, and develops individual rehabilitation plans. The role involves providing crisis services, health teaching, and transportation, and ensuring a safe residential environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in mental health residential setting or social service field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
