Requirements

• 6-8 years' experience in business transformation, management consulting, or large-scale change delivery
• Deep commercial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret financials and connect transformation outcomes directly to value creation and P&L improvement
• Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformations, from case development through implementation and full benefits realization
