Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of new business development
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
- Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices
- Strong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market or Fortune 500 companies
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
