Supervisor, Production Line Operations

As the Supervisor, Production Line Operations, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise the line production and assembly of products for the company, responsible for monitoring processes and identifying and correcting any errors as it occurs throughout the processing procedure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Three years of line manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of widely accepted manufacturing standards of practice
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Good communication and people management skills
• Leadership skills and ability to lead a diverse team
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good customer service skills
