Walker Sands is looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Sales Director to join our Boston office. The role will involve scaling the agency's client base, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring sustained revenue growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight (8) years of marketing communications sales experience
- Preferably with a focus on either technology and/or B2B accounts
- Three to five (3-5) years of management experience of sales representatives
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and understand clients' business and marketing goals
- Familiarity with sales and marketing technology tools and their capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
