Job Description
The Kitchen Manager (KM) supports the Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) in all culinary operations of the Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux restaurant. This role involves leading a high-volume, creative kitchen, maintaining quality, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment. The KM must be a strong leader with a passion for food and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Solid track record of success in previous assignments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary school background a plus.
