WalkMe is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Director with a proven track record in Enterprise Software to drive growth and customer acquisition in the ASEAN region.
Requirements
- Directly & Indirectly lead members of the Sales Organization across Business Development, Sales, & Alliances, Sales Ops and Customer Success.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive WalkMe's growth and market presence in the ASEAN region.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they have the skills and resources to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on team performance, ensuring quarterly quotas are met or exceeded.
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Sales Ops
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing WalkMe at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen our market presence and build strategic partnerships
