Walmart is seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring across our retail ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for the talent acquisition strategy that supports the scale and complexity of Walmart U.S. and Sam’s Club operations, ensuring we attract and hire the talent that keeps our stores, clubs, and supply chain network running every day.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition at scale, ideally supporting large retail, operations, or frontline workforces.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders to shape talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on metrics, accountability, and disciplined execution.
- Ability to identify root causes and drive systemic solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
- Demonstrated success improving hiring manager and candidate experiences through process transformation and innovation.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
