We are looking for a Founding Recruiter to own hiring end-to-end across the company, with a focus on GTM roles and technical hiring. The ideal candidate is a generalist with experience in full-cycle recruiting and a proven track record of sourcing and closing GTM roles.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record sourcing and closing GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, partnerships)
- Experience partnering directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring strategy
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong communication and closing skills; able to clearly and compellingly represent the company
