Tax Operations Specialist

Warp is an automated back-office platform for startups. We're looking for a detail-oriented Tax Operations Specialist to join our payroll tax compliance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of payroll or payroll tax experience
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Notion)
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation
• Experience with Mastertax or similar tax filing platforms
