Community President (Branch Manager)

The Community President is responsible for branch sales activities and results, coordinating and managing retail employees, branch operations, and activities. They maintain a leadership role within the bank, branch, and community.

Requirements

• Works with Regional Manager to create, monitor and maintain action plans to achieve branch goals
• Maintains a strong, visible, and positive presence in the community
• Conducts interviews, hires, monitors employee progression, disciplines, or terminates employees when necessary
• Motivates, coaches, and develops retail staff through education, technical and sales training
• Maintains knowledge of WSB's core processing system, products and services, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements governing retail accounts
