We are seeking a Sales Consultant, Residential Direct to manage inbound sales inquiries, actively pursue new business, and build long-term relationships through thoughtful, consultative selling. As a brand ambassador, you'll embody our core values of leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and fearless sales execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside or inside sales, business development, or territory growth experience
- Demonstrated success in hunting, prospecting, and winning new business
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Digitally savvy and comfortable with modern prospecting tools
- Ability to actively listen, uncover client needs, and translate opportunities into closed sales
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influence skills
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and disciplined, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Passionate about driving results and building meaningful client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
