Job Description
We are looking for a GTM Engineer – Revenue Technology (AI & Automation) to design and build the systems that power our go-to-market engine across LATAM markets. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to understand how GTM operates in reality (not just how it is documented), and translate that into scalable, intelligent systems.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, CRM Architecture, or a closely related Systems / Automation role.
- Experience building automation, integrations, or AI-driven systems in a SaaS or GTM environment
- Has personally shipped at least one LLM-powered workflow in production — that solved a real business problem.
- Strong understanding of:Business systems and workflows;APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
- Hands-on experience with:CRM platforms,Automation tools,Data systems
- Comfort working with messy, unstructured data and fast iteration cycles
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business impact (pipeline, conversion, velocity)
- Builder mindset — you prefer creating systems over managing processes
- Ability to work remotely across time zones with global teams
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (required), with strong English communication skills
