Requirements
- 6β10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- 2β4 years of experience managing and scaling sales teams
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience hiring, coaching, and building high-performing sales teams
- Strong ability to manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Data-driven approach to sales performance and process improvement
- Experience selling into Southeast Asia markets with familiarity across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam
- Strong strategic thinking, execution, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
