Job Description
Watson Institute is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its People & Operations Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of core operational systems. The role involves talent, financial, and IT operations, and requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field
- Ability to build, organize, and scale systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence navigating tech systems
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience with workflow management tools such as Monday.com
- Familiarity with expense management platforms such as Expensify
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
