Program Lead (Contractor)

The Program Lead will manage and lead all elements of Watson Institute’s Fellowship programs, including planning and implementing programmatic components, leading Fellowship communications, and leading community outreach and engagement initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in a contractor or independent capacity
• Experience as an entrepreneurial leader
• Airtable proficiency
• Email management excellence
• Rapid follow-up
• Data analysis
