We're looking for a Sales Group Lead to build and implement a sales strategy and manage our Sales Representatives team in Côte d'Ivoire. The role involves bringing on and managing relationships with key organizations for Wave business products and managing a team of sales representatives to grow the portfolio of organizations using Wave's business products.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & French.
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
- Previous experience in sales/business development.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, especially in mobile money/financial services.
- Worked in the field force with a proven track record in building segmentation and targeting.
- Successfully managed a sales team with experience in sales coverage models and quota setting.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Industry experience and use of a CRM
- Have developed functional systems to drive your work independently.
- Have a great network and business contacts.
- Have strong financial acumen.
- Are metrics/results-driven
- Are Tenacious
- Have previous sales experience for B2B products.
- Have good management experience.
- Are strong at building relationships
- Experience driving partnerships with companies in the primary and secondary economic sectors
