Requirements
- Define, present, and continuously refine a clear sales strategy with aligned targets and priorities.
- Drive revenue growth across individual stays, group bookings, retreats, buyouts, and curated experiences.
- Lead commercial conversations with clarity, confidence, and elegance — including pricing, value positioning, and negotiation.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term, high-quality relationships.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets in previous roles.
- Deliver consistent performance against defined revenue goals, with the ability to generate early traction and sustained momentum.
