Compensation and Benefits Manager

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will lead the design, delivery, and experience of reward across the Group, working within a hands-on HR team. This role involves pay, bonus, and benefits, ensuring activity is well-governed, communicated, and delivered. The goal is to balance robust reward frameworks with colleague experience and expectations, supporting attraction, retention, and trust.

Requirements

• Experience in reward, compensation and benefits, or a broader HR role with strong reward ownership
• Demonstrable experience delivering pay, bonus or benefits activity in a regulated environment
• Confidence working with reward data, modelling and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when handling sensitive information
• Ability to explain reward clearly and practically to non-specialist audiences
