Requirements
- Experience in reward, compensation and benefits, or a broader HR role with strong reward ownership
- Demonstrable experience delivering pay, bonus or benefits activity in a regulated environment
- Confidence working with reward data, modelling and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when handling sensitive information
- Ability to explain reward clearly and practically to non-specialist audiences
- Formal reward qualification is not essential, but would be an advantage
